New Design for April by Cassie Blomquist

Fern_Design-01.jpg

Nature has been an inspiration for design for as long as Design has been a concept, and our latest inspiration looks somewhat like a geometric ‘Fern’ that could add a new dimension to your office fit out.

Depending on your space and current furnishings the stark lineal approach to this pattern could offer a really bold contrast while at the same time remain in line with your company style and focus.

Wall to Glass Graphics by Cassie Blomquist

To celebrate this months new design release, we thought we would show you an alternative way to create a impressive look within your office.

The “Custom Geometric” design is a combination of striped, solid and transparent shapes that can be manipulated to fit to any space. In this example it seamlessly flows from the wall through to glass and creates an impressive statement. Taking this approach through your fitout can potentially bring a room together and create a space that is visibly pleasing and leaves an impression on both clients and employees. This design is one of many of our designs that can be executed to flow from wall to glass without being too busy.

Geosmog - a TD Design at Work! by Cassie Blomquist

Geosmog-01.jpg

Geosmog is a unique design that can be found among our ever-growing list of geometric patterns within our Tint Design - Design Range Catalogue.

Used in this context, as a Privacy Band throughout a small office space, the alternating opacity within the design allows for privacy without completely blocking the view between spaces. A solid frost band can, in some spaces, close off an area like a solid wall which is great if that’s what you need but can be confining if your office space isn’t very big.

Gliding through Summer! by Cassie Blomquist

Gliding-01.jpg

With Summer coming to a end and Autumn around the corner, we thought we would celebrate the end of season with a new design.

We’ve been noticing natural and light graphics are a growing trend for interior fitouts, with the inspiration of the outdoors coming into working environments to encourage productivity and employee satisfaction. This was the inspiration behind our new addition to the design range called ‘Glide’. Digitally Printing white onto Frost brings out the tiny details that make this design so unique and lifelike.

Be sure to check out our Pinterest page, we are constantly uploading new designs on there every month with the hope it gives you some inspiration for your next project!

Royal Wedding by Cassie Blomquist

Ornate_Royal-01.jpg

May has been a very busy month for us, but not as busy as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

The Royal Wedding created a global buzz and in the spirit of all things regal we decided to dust off one of our original designs 'Ornate' and put it too under the spotlight.
Above is an example of how the design can be applied to both traditional wallpaper and Glass Panels.

Our design team are constantly coming up with new designs, we are now trailling these designs on Pinterest to see how our audience reacts to them.

Afilias Australia puts our mark on their workplace by Liana Slussareff

Here is a great example of how our Design Range can communicate character in a room or office space, and in this case Afilias Australia Pty Ltd selected our design 'Pyramid' for their conference room as a Privacy Band.
This design with its alternating opacity levels breaks up the usual 'heavy' feel you get from a solid frost band, and creates the perfect amount of privacy without making a space feel confined.
Although the 'pyramid' design looks impressive when digitally printed onto frost or optically clear film and installed to glass panels, it can also present a sophisticated look when printed onto traditional wallpaper or vinyl wall film.

Green with Envy by Liana Slussareff

In the world of psychology there are many proven studies that show a walk among the trees and birds is significantly beneficial to both your physical and mental health. So at a time when self-care is such a hot topic it’s no wonder that the colour green and natural element designs are so on-trend.

Being surrounded by nature or a natural colour pallet, whether it be real or artificial, is extremely calming and often results in increased productivity. That is why our in-house design team have been working on a few little gems to add to our Design Range that will fill your space with the sense of being-at-one with nature. That’s not to say that we aren’t huge advocates for getting out of the office and into the great outdoors but unless you’ve chosen a career as a gardener, landscaper, ranger, or something of the sort, then it would be accurate to assume that you spend a great deal of time indoors - so why not energise your space with a few reminders of why you work hard to play hard!

ANZAC Day is a special time of year in the Australian calendar as we take pause to honor our fallen and returned heroes, and give thanks for the ultimate sacrifices they’ve made for the lives we lead today.

For that reason, it is with an air of patriotism that we release two new floral designs to our free Design Range. One is an illustrated Bottlebrush design that captures the essence of the Australian bush, and the other a vectored Poppy design that pays tribute to our ANZAC history.

Tint Design is a proud Australian company that is family owned and operated; a privilege that we may not have had. Lest we forget...

Along with our resent website upgrade we also updated our Design Range that since its launch has had a really positive response from our clients. The range now includes new designs for film and wall, privacy bands and warning decals presented as a fully downloadable Design Range Catalogue which presents each option in different colours, scales and substrates. The new range has already inspired some of our clients who have used our designs and tailored them to their project with fantastic results.

The photos above reveal two recent projects we installed using our ‘Circuitry’ design.  Both for universities in Melbourne, Deakin and RMIT chose to present the design in different ways to satisfy their requirements. Using our Vision Effex services, for the Deakin project, the design was digitally printed onto frost film and installed as a privacy band. For the RMIT project however, we digitally printed the graphic onto wall vinyl which was installed in a stairwell. Both applications utilised our design options to inject a creative element to an otherwise standard requirement.

As our Design Range Catalogue shows, each option can be manipulated in a variety of ways. By working with our team at Tint Design, we can tailor any design to fit your brief and make it unique to your fitout. This is not only limited to the design itself but also the media on which it is printed, meaning that we can print the design onto film for glass, vinyl or wall paper for walls and even acoustic panelling. There are so many ways to be creative with our designs and services to ensure your project stands out from the rest.

Tint Design would be more than happy to provide a shop drawing or printed samples to help you visualise how our designs can take aspects of your fitout to the next level – just give us a call or send us an e-mail!
