Precision Cut Lettering

"can we talk about poland" an exhibition by Liana Slussareff

Tint Design have in the past worked on many projects for the Jewish Museum of Australia. Recently we completed a number of elements for their exhibition “Can we talk about Poland”. The exhibition, which ran from March to July this year, shed light on Jewish life in post-war Poland through featured photographs by Arnold Zable and Lindsay Goldberg.

Tint Design contributed to the exhibition by using a number of products and services which assisted in featuring and highlighting a range of elements from decorative and functional to interactive and participatory and overall bringing the exhibition to life.

A great deal of Precision Cut lettering was produced and installed by the way of quotes, signage, reflections and acknowledgements to name a few. Using our Vision Effex service, both Forex and Dibond panels were directly printed to and installed within the exhibition as well as banners.

An impressive feature of the exhibition was the timeline tree which was digitally printed onto wall graphic film and professionally installed to the wall.

Whether permanent or temporary, Tint Design’s products and services can be used to enhance any exhibition and make it a real show stopper!

Decorating with Precision! by Tint Design

Tint Design recently installed a series of Precision Cut graphics at the Sistema Plastics Dandenong offices, adding yet another impressive project to ourPortfolio.

The design concept of this project celebrated Sistema's origins in New Zealand, as well as how far they have come, now exporting to 82 countries around the world.

Tint Design used their Precision Cut service by cutting out a list of countries in coloured vinyl film which were then installed on the wall of the office stairwell. Additionally, a map of the world was Precision Cut out of blue vinyl film and red vinyl locator dots were then cut and overlaid onto the graphic.

There are a large range of films available for use in a Precision Cut project, not only in different colours but also varied transparencies. Precision Cut designs can be installed onto plaster walls or glass and can be combined with our Vision Effex digital print service for an even broader scope of decorative options.

More photos of this project can be seen under the Sistema Plastics Project along with other projects which showcase the range of possibilities for Precision Cut graphics!

Your Design Solution is Clear! by Tint Design

Tint Design were recently requested by Neo Construct to print and install film and signage at Monash University's Caulfield Campus. The completed works added both a practical and decorative impact to the University's rooms and corridors.

A number of Tint Design's services were used to complete the project including the installation of solid vinyl film, precision cut lettering on aluminium panels and striped designs printed onto optically clear film.

The striped designs, shown in the photos above, have created a fantastic decorative visual to the rooms of the fitout, while retaining maximum visibility.

By using the Vision Effex service to print onto optically clear film in full length panels, the graphic effect is possible without having an edge or border around the image. This eliminates the risk of the film peeling back or being tampered with at the edges. Also, by printing onto the Vision Effex optically clear film, where there is the absence of a graphic, no one will be the wiser that there is film on the glass.

More photos of the work completed at this fitout can be seen under the Monash Caulfield Project on our website, where you can also see many more examples of previous Vision Effex Digital Print,Precision Cut Film and Signage projects.
